My name is Jamie Ferguson and I am very excited about the opportunity my company has to service your needs. Allow me to share some of our history with you. Operating in the Central Indiana region since 1965, our company was founded by Mr. Ray Warren and specialized only in the relocation of Piano's and Organs for many years.
In 2004, Ray sold all of his interest in the company to our family (Jamie and Christy Ferguson) concentrating strictly on his tuning business. Since that time we have been on a fever pace expanding our operation to become a more diverse transportation and distribution organization.
It is our belief that all elements interwoven, that costs, and each area's efficiencies are directly related to the co-ordination of the individual parts and or departments. Service levels can only be fully enhanced by looking for the and by implementing a solution that optimizes all elements of the supply system.
We have designed our approach to work as a partnership with our customer, developing appropriate and customized solutions to meet their business challenges.
We believe that the best way to start a new customer relationship is to understand their needs and develop a strategy with an appropriate tactical plan to implement that strategy. We focus on existing strengths with attention and efforts directed towards bringing new ideas and solutions to each customer from many sources.
